Privacy
I value your trust. Here is, in plain words, what personal data I process, why, and what your rights are.
Who processes your data
Aneta Salehová, Company ID (IČO) 23618191. Contact: aneta@saleh.cz, +420 777 918 884.
What data
- contact details — name, email, phone and your Instagram if you message me,
- what you tell me for your training — goals, experience, availability,
- health information (e.g. injuries or limitations) — only if you choose to share it,
- details of booked sessions and payments,
- feedback you send me and agree to have published on the website (text only, without your name).
Why and on what basis
- Arranging and providing training — steps before a contract and its performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Accounting and taxes — compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Health information — only with your explicit consent, so I can set up your training safely (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time.
- Reviews on the website — only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), in the wording you approve. You can withdraw your consent at any time and I will remove the review.
How long
For the duration of our cooperation and afterwards only as long as the law requires (e.g. accounting and tax records). Enquiries that don’t lead to a cooperation are deleted within 12 months at the latest.
Who I share data with
I never sell your data. Only the technical service providers I need (email, web hosting) work with it, and authorities where the law requires.
Website and cookies
This website uses no cookies or analytics and collects no data through forms. The hosting provider may keep technical access logs (e.g. IP address and time) for operation and security. Instagram and the Next.Move website are only linked — their own rules apply on their sites.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable form and object to its processing. Just email aneta@saleh.cz. If you feel your data isn’t handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
